Happy Halloween!

Boo! We hope you have an amazing and scary Halloween 👻🎃

We had so much fun with this theme. And it was very affordable too. Jose’s costume obviously was purchased but I did Aria’s and mine.

Hope you like it because we loved it!

Pumpkin Fun

Nothing says better that fall is here like pumpkins! And if we add the nice and cool breeze plus the amazing color palette from the leaves it makes it even more amazing.

When I find myself tire, and thinking way too much of all the things that I have to do plus what’s the next fashionable thing I am going to blog about, it is family time like this that gives me more energy, keeps me balance and intune with myself.

Little things like taking a moment to enjoy nature and having quality time with those you love the most helps you fill your life with joy and appreciate what we have in our lives that are so valuable and yet it doesn’t  have a price.

Aria was in heaven running around all the pumpkins and playing with the other kids. While my husband and I were crazy taking pictures (like every other parent) trying to capture her happiness.

To have a great time with your family doesn’t always have to be expensive. In the couple of hours that we were there, we spend about $20 and we did everything she wanted to do. Plus the next day we were still laughing and smiling about our little adventure.

As usual here are my pictures and I hope you also had fun pumpkin picking 😉

A Parisian Touch

The cool and nice weather is here! This means it is time for us to take our stockings out and give our outfits an update with the Parisian Touch.

I thought the best way to do this was using the color that represents New York the best: Black. In Paris they use every color you can imagine, but I wanted this to be a warm introduction and show you how easy it is to style your summer clothes with stockings and keep wearing them in the fall. (Ps: Paris fashion week was all bout the colorful stockings 😉).

Here you will see 4 different looks that anyone can wear, because I tried covering different styles to cater everyone. There is an uptown girl look, very chick that can be use to go to work, for a meeting, that can also represent you being your own boss and the stocking that I used was the back seam stockings.

My second look, for a more comfy downtown girl, with a casual but still chick and noticeable look, I used the sheer dot tights and it can be worn anywhere. The third look, which I am in love with, is all about using the same metallic midi skirt with any top or sweater in this case, with your open toes high heels but with stockings. It is, most definitely, a fall and very trendy look.

The last look is a bit more daring ,very parisian with the fishnet. This type of stockings you can wear under distress jeans or shorts with your open toes high heels. I added a black top and my bomber jacket for a more up to date look.

I have a discount code for my followers so you can also add all these different types of stockings to your wardrobe. Go to Berkshire Legwear and use blogger15 for a 15% discount until October 31st.

As always I will let you know where I got all the clothes and don’t forget to follow 😉
